Benditagloria

When posting my work I like the idea of having a simple label at the front.

Daniel Freytag

This is a good idea using very bright in your face colours and neat cleaver folding technique with a disk as well but i don't like the idea of having a disk in portfolio my work is about print not digital.

Urbaninfluence

This is a graphic design company based in Seattle. They create classic and mature style of work.
I am looking at there design because of how they storage the sheets in this packaging.

I would like to based my packaging on this design inspired by how its kept together.

Graphic Design in Cumbria

I have been looking at graphic design companies in Cumbria.
These are what I found.

I find that Hydrant are the most interesting to me and have a high professional design just like Cactus Creative when I did work experiences.

Most are from Carlisle they are quite a few in Kendal but it is way too long to travel.

But have also found a graphic design company in Cockermouth.

Front cover idea

This is my plan for my front cover website.

Photograph website /portfoilo

Me and my class mate Gemma booked the studio to photograph our work. this what we did.
We came up with making it fun, quirky and individual.
To introduce to our self as a self portrait we took photos of each other jumping. Brilliant/

For the a3/4 poster they will be hung up but different just showing the arms. Just makes it very different.

I think it works really well but still concentrates on the image rather the space around it.

These are the more packaging that I would present in a black background as well to remain concisely.

power point.

This is a power point presentation what Im wanting to do on my design contexts.

From my presentation my feed back was that maybe the work I am looking at is not simple, it something else. But what is it?
The problem is that I have already got replys from my questions sent to other designers who do simplisty design. Do I still use them?

I am stumped! Simplisty might be the wrong word to use.

I like the idea of
'less is more'
'Pure and simple' (think thats a Hearsay song!)
